# Changelog

> Everything that has changed on baked.design since day one, newest first.

## 4 Oct 2026: A studio board and two new interfaces
- Contact: a departure-board clock above the calendar, with the time in Vancouver and the time where you are
- Interfaces: a Squish switch you can grab and drag, soft 3D jelly that stretches, dents and wobbles (now the Basic/Pro switch in the calculator), and a Peel sticker you can peel off the page
- Work: a Surprise me button that shuffles through the clients and opens one

## 4 Oct 2026: Apps, a changelog and a polish pass
- New Apps page: Baked Supply, Found and Crosspost, the products we build and run ourselves
- New Changelog page (this one), going back to the first day
- A polish pass across the whole site: easier-to-read text, form fields you can see, smoother buttons and pop-ups, nothing jumping as pages load, and better keyboard and screen reader support
- The home header names the page, the footer shows when the site last changed and links every page, and iPhones no longer zoom into form fields

## 4 Oct 2026: Compare, Interfaces and the work grid
- Compare pages: Baked against hiring a designer, a design agency or freelancers, with a first-year cost calculator against hiring in San Francisco
- Components became Interfaces: live AI agent characters (Two dots, Folded note and the Notch agent) you can customise, and a Liquid Glass toast
- Work page: tabs and a grid of all the work, with the filing cabinet at the end for fun
- New Growth page: from a $25 first payment, post by post from X
- Client quotes from Slack on Jubilee, Comp AI, Text.AI and Inkbox
- Small motion everywhere: hovers ease, buttons give when pressed, questions slide open and closed
- Every mention of a call, a plan or the YC discount is now a link; YC joins the footer

## 3 Oct 2026: Fun, services and a cabinet
- Fun: Kern it, a time machine (1999 and 2010), a proofreader, A modal through the years, and Shy, a keyboard that hides
- Confirmation messages became Liquid Glass
- Service pages, an FAQ and richer case studies
- Work page: a line-drawn cabinet with drawers you pull out and cards you lift
- Baked on LinkedIn, linked from the contact page

## 2 Oct 2026: Contact, the grid and Skate stats
- Contact page: a form that reaches the studio, with booking a call underneath; click any email address to copy it
- Everything on one grid, with a faint layout grid behind the site and a hidden blueprint mode (find the switch)
- One header on every page and three type sizes, site-wide
- Skate to Demo Day: runs, a ranking and a leaderboard, and a faster roadster
- Testimonials with the key phrase in full ink
- Tiny Baker gets an oven
- Clearer pages for AI agents: llms.txt, agents.md and structured data

## 1 Oct 2026: Ask Baked, the YC page and Tiny Baker
- Ask Baked: ask about plans, the process or the work, any time
- A studio chat with real client messages and a ticker of client logos
- YC page: Skate to Demo Day, a full-screen 3D game that unlocks YC pricing
- Pay from the site, with the YC10OFF code ready to copy on /yc
- Tiny Baker, a pixel chef who lives on the Ask bar
- The client list with YC batches, and Slack testimonials under the work
- About, contact and privacy pages, an overbaked 404, and a few easter eggs

## 30 Sep 2026: Day one
- The new baked.design goes up
