# Timelines

Real projects, day by day, from the studio's Slack. Day 1 is the day the work started.

## Glidepath: Landing page, live on day 11
- Day 1: The ask. Izzy asks how fast we can build a simple landing page. Design starts the same day.
- Day 5: First design. The first design lands in Figma. "i love the colors"
- Day 6: Home and Reserve. The home page and a Reserve a spot flow are ready to build.
- Day 7: Domain set. Craft moves the site to glidepath.fund, and a short huddle settles the reserve flow.
- Day 8: Build. Izzy sees the site taking shape in a work-in-progress link, calculator included. "look s great"
- Day 11: Live. Mobile finished, the site goes live on glidepath.fund with a working calculator.

## Inkbox: Brand, site and web app, launched on day 12
- Day 1: Team and dates set. Our developer and brand designer joined, and we set dates: logo and coded website by 9 August.
- Day 5: Four logo concepts. Four brand concepts landed on a brand hub, each on its own page with the thinking behind it.
- Day 7: Logo and palette approved. The octopus logo and colour palette were signed off, and the team asked for hat variations. "we like the logo and the color palette: they are good to go"
- Day 8: Site designed in Figma. The full homepage design was shared, then eight more pages were designed that evening.
- Day 10: All 11 pages built. All 11 pages went live on a preview link, with motion and mobile layouts.
- Day 11: Web app reskinned. The web app was redesigned in the new brand that morning and the code was pushed that night.
- Day 12: Launch day. Inkbox launched with logo, website and web app all marked done.

## tash: Brand and website, live on day 15
- Day 1: Kickoff. The tash team joined the Slack channel and filled in our creative brief the same morning. "great stuff, looking forward to it!"
- Day 4: Four visual directions. We shared four mood boards and five colour options; the team picked Mint and Index to blend. "I think somehow blending the classic vibe of mint with the modern index feel is cool"
- Day 9: First logo concepts. On a call we walked through logo explorations, including chrome and stone wordmarks, plus social templates. "these are sick v1 designs and super excited for the next ones"
- Day 11: Money print direction. Detailed money print banners and an updated logo landed, then the full new landing page design that evening. "amazing work!!! this looks awesome"
- Day 14: Responsive build. The landing page was built in Framer, responsive on every screen, with an invest waitlist added. "looks super good, thanks nick"
- Day 15: Website live. The site was published on tash.cards with a research page, and waitlist forms were tested that night. "so sick"

## Stoa: Brand signed off on day 11, launch site live on day 29
- Day 1: Kickoff. The Stoa team joined Slack, filled in the creative brief and shared the websites they admire. "Excited to work together"
- Day 6: Three brand directions. We shared three logo directions with matching wordmarks, textures, illustrations and marketing assets.
- Day 7: The mark is chosen. Stoa picked the column mark from Direction 1, and we set to work on the wordmark. "Logo is good"
- Day 11: Brand signed off. Brand guidelines landed with logo, type, colours and textures, and Stoa approved them that night. "Nick, it is perfect!"
- Day 17: First home page. We shared several hero options and a full home page design in Figma for feedback.
- Day 24: Illustrations and inner pages. Illustrations, colours and inner pages went into Figma, and our Framer developer started building.
- Day 29: Launch site live. The new site went live on stoaexchange.com, ready for their launch. "website published"

## Spaceflow: A new website, live on day 28
- Day 1: Kickoff. Spaceflow shared their site, product, logos and launch story, and set the order: product, website, branding, decks.
- Day 9: Four hero directions. We shared pure white, glass, image background and brand gradient heroes. Spaceflow picked the image backgrounds. "We really like the direction of these latest designs."
- Day 14: Full home page. The whole home page went up in Figma: clean white sections, minimal colour and section variants.
- Day 19: Rebuilt around the story. After a new narrative from Spaceflow, we rebuilt every home page section, keeping the image backgrounds.
- Day 20: Inner pages designed. Use cases, Security and two more pages were designed and handed to the Framer developers.
- Day 21: Sales deck template. We made a deck template with product UI, number cards and graphs the team could fill in themselves. "thanks this is good!"
- Day 28: Website live. After a last round of mobile fixes and a reworked security page, the new site went live. "website is fully live now"
