Introduction
Vestian runs lease administration and transaction management for companies with many locations. They were tracking client portfolios in Notion and Smartsheets and wanted one tool: vPortal.
Baked designed and built the MVP. Wireframes came two days after kickoff, the app was live for testing within two weeks, and Vestian showed it to a prospective client in March.
Simple, easy to read, with clear hierarchy.
Portfolio
Hundreds of sites, one table
One client alone had 900+ locations. We built CSV import with column mapping, sorting, filters, saved presets and role based access, so Vestian can set up a client and invite them later.
Transactions
Deals and documents in one place
Transactions track each deal from site selection to negotiation, and every lease document sits next to the property it belongs to.
AI
Upload a lease, review the changes
With Extend, a lease PDF fills in the property, clauses and rent schedule. Amendments go through a review step first, so nobody saves a change they have not checked.
The result
Handed over to Vestian's own GitHub, Vercel and Supabase in April 2025, with setup docs and Loom walkthroughs.
