“Things are looking great! "Really cool" was said multiple times.”

Introduction
Radar runs a digital aircraft logbook. With its Maintenance Tracker it wants to become the daily system for running aircraft maintenance.
Baked designed the Maintenance Tracker, from the fleet view and due list to work plans, e-work cards, sign-off and the logbook. The flows were reviewed with aviation experts and signed off in about four weeks.
Radar becomes the daily system for running aircraft maintenance.
Due list
All three counters on every row
Each task runs on calendar, hours and cycles at once. Showing every limit in its own cell made urgency comparable, so the list can be sorted by what comes first. Tasks, discrepancies, snags and parts sit in one list, as Radar's experts asked.

Work plans
From plan to logbook
Select tasks, build a work plan and see every plan against its limits on one timeline. Once released, the plan publishes straight into Radar's logbook.

Sign-off
Every step signed
Technicians work each card step by step, record findings and photos, then sign with their PIN. A signed card can't be edited.

Roles
A view for everyone on the ramp
Admins, maintenance controllers, technicians and pilots each get their own view. Pilots see a trip sheet after each flight and can report a discrepancy from there.

Parts
Stock next to the work
Inventory shows what is on hand, where it is stored and what is running low, so parts are ready before the plan starts.

The result
Final review on 8 September 2026: 'the general views and flows are good to go'.
“Nothing in my review yesterday came out negative at all - so we're on the right track.”
